Overview

The Technical Account Manager role is a key pillar of the Technical Account Management team, sitting within the Operations organization's Technical Services function. We utilize knowledge of business objectives and technical environment to maintain, service, and optimize exchange integrations for growth.

In Short

  • Support global business teams to improve and increase activity around supply buying of Teads inventory.
  • Act as the Ambassador for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of trading technologies.
  • Address integration liquidity blockers by examining system interactions and data flows to identify and resolve issues.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new supply ensuring their smooth integration.
  • Develop custom dashboards and alerting to monitor and track the success of new supply initiatives.
  • Analyze historical spend and health trends to identify aberrations and provide cross-functional teams with valuable business insights.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering and other specialist solutions teams in identifying, reporting and resolving product issues.
  • Deliver monthly or quarterly performance reports to clients, offering actionable insights on platform usage and revenue generation.
  • Educate supply clients about the DSP capabilities, features, and best practices.
  • Ensure that the technical aspects of the integration adhere to the relevant security standards, privacy policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of online advertising experience, either in a technical support / services role or a customer success / partner management role.
  • Demonstrated service-driven mindset that prioritizes customer needs.
  • Experience analyzing marketplaces; exposure to RTB technologies, campaign optimization, header bidding optimization.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including experience in statistics.
  • Expertise with data exploration tools such as Excel, Looker, Tableau, iPython, etc.
  • Strong systems-thinking capacity.
  • Exposure to fundamental web technology & aptitude to expand technical skills -- including datastores (SQL) and web foundations (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including conveying technical concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
