Overview

The Enterprise Risk Officer (ERO) plays a crucial role in measuring and monitoring risk across the TRS organization, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.

• Measure and monitor risk across the TRS organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in ERM or auditing.
• Knowledge of ERM laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• CPA, CRM, or ARM preferred.
