Overview

The Store Manager II develops, leads, and contributes to the growth and profitability of our Consumer Business through the management of a Store portfolio including deposits, loans, fees, and expenses.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service, or financial services.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience in business development and strategy implementation.
• Strong financial analysis and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and align efforts with store goals.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations and risk management.
