Overview

The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking solutions and needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage in customer conversations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.
• Notary License preferred.
• Must complete teller training upon hire.
• Demonstrated organization skills.
