Overview

The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison that is integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist Customers with their banking solutions/needs.

• Work Location: Flourtown, Pennsylvania, USA.
• Part-time position with 30 hours per week.
• Pay range: $22.50 - $29.00 per hour.
• Engage with customers to provide banking solutions.
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Educate customers on bank products and services.
• Utilize CRM tools for customer assessments.
• Resolve customer issues independently.
• Participate in customer outreach and advice activities.
• Maintain active registration with NMLS.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage in customer conversations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.
• Must complete teller training upon hire.
• Must pass background and credit checks.
