Overview

The Business Process Manager II utilizes bank operations knowledge to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support project initiatives within the organization.

In Short

• Analyze current business processes for improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned units.
• Facilitate documentation of processes and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of bank operations experience.
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Suite.
• Aptitude in Lean, Six Sigma, and AOM methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influence skills.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in issues management is a plus.
