The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise, utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking solutions and needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
• Active registration with NMLS preferred.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
