Overview

The Retail Banker I role is integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by providing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking solutions and needs.

• Act as a customer liaison to deliver banking solutions.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and educate them on products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must complete teller training upon hire.
• Sound judgment in decision making.
• Notary License preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
