Overview

The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison that is integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist Customers with their banking solutions/needs.

• Work location in Kennebunk, Maine.
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Salary range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
• Proficient in products and services to assist customers.
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Engage in customer outreach and advice activities.
• Participate in daily operations and ensure compliance.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills to prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Notary License preferred.
• Must complete teller training upon hire.
