Banker - Remote

Overview

As a Banker at Busey, you will strengthen customer relationships by engaging in sales conversations and recommending products and services designed to support the customers' financial wellbeing.

In Short

• Identify customers’ financial needs and sell appropriate products.
• Service customer accounts and proactively communicate with them.
• Make sales referrals to meet customers’ financial needs.
• Assist with Teller duties as needed.
• Requires strong sales and customer service skills.
• Must have knowledge of bank products and compliance policies.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide impactful solutions.
• High School diploma required; previous banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Must maintain active registration with the NMLS if lending.

• Ability to perform duties under time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
