Overview

As a Banker III at Busey, you will strengthen customer relationships by engaging in sales conversations and recommending products to support the customers' financial well-being.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain products and services effectively.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work under time pressures.
• Must maintain current registration with NMLS if lending.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods.
