Overview

The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist Customers with their banking solutions and needs.

• Work Location: North Attleborough, Massachusetts.
• Full-time role with 40 hours per week.
• Engage with customers to identify their banking needs.
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools.
• Participate in customer outreach and servicing activities.
• Resolve customer issues independently.
• Must maintain active registration with NMLS.
• HS Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.
• Notary License preferred.
• Willingness to complete teller training upon hire.
