Overview

The Store Manager II is responsible for developing, leading, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the Consumer Business through effective management of a Store portfolio, focusing on customer relationships and team performance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in retail or financial services.
• Proven business development and leadership skills.
• Strong financial analysis and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License preferred.
• Eligibility for registration as a mortgage loan originator.
