Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in the Store by setting a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience while managing the Store Team's development and performance.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of management experience
• Passionate about customer service
• Ability to lift over 20 pounds
• Open availability including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills required
• Willing to travel as necessary
• Inclusive and positive attitude
• Strong planning and engagement skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to climb ladders and use step stools
