Business Insights Specialist (Financial Crimes Risk & Control) - Remote

Overview

The Business Insights Specialist is responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMart's in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value.

In Short

• Conduct analyses on DataMart's to generate insights.
• Support ongoing FCRM MRA projects within Risk & Regulatory Data & Analytics.
• Create ETL ingestion and analytics engine.
• Publish Tableau reports for internal stakeholders.
• Provide executive recommendations based on analytics.
• Work with business leaders to present insights.
• Lead complex projects requiring specialist knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Participate in team development and mentorship.
• Maintain relationships with various business lines.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics.
• 1-3 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Julia.
• Experience with Agile or Lean software development.
• Data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead projects.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights.
