The Product Owner II is responsible for ensuring that development teams create value through customer-focused product increments, aligning with product vision and managing delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate required.
  • 10+ years relevant experience in product management.
  • 5-7 years of Agile delivery experience.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with broad impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics and reporting.
