Product Owner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will be the link between the vision and the execution, working closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring high-quality product delivery.

In Short

• Partner with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Work closely with Project Management to understand IAM, access compliance, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between product goals and engineering efforts.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Work closely with QA teams to validate that features meet defined requirements.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and documentation teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Provide support and training for internal teams and users on new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and access governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in managing product backlogs.
• Knowledge of IAM tools and technologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
