Senior Identity Security Services Engineer - Remote

Overview

The primary responsibility of the Identity Security Services Engineer is to assist customers in implementations of CyberArk’s products, providing technical support and managing relationships.

In Short

• Lead implementations and onboarding engagements with customers
• Assist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans
• Maintain customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate on training materials and curricula development
• Support technical escalations and consulting activities
• Coordinate with other departments for implementation tasks
• Potential for nationwide travel up to 10%

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical/implementation role deploying enterprise software
• Experience with Workflow Automation tools (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier)
• Programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, etc.)
• Security+ or CISSP certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 2+ years working with CyberArk products
• Knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture
• Ability to train users and conduct presentations
• Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems
