Security Services Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Security Services Engineer will own, manage, and support customers in deploying CyberArk Privilege Access Management solutions, ensuring a seamless deployment and positive customer experience.

In Short

• Work directly with customers to deploy and configure CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during planning, deployment, and post-implementation.
• Conduct discovery and planning workshops to gather requirements.
• Validate functionalities and perform hardening of deployment components.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in post-deployment support and optimization.
• Assist customers through CyberArk product migrations.
• Work off-hours to support customers during maintenance windows.
• Act as a subject matter expert in security best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience deploying CyberArk or equivalent PAM solutions.
• 5+ years in an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
• Strong understanding of IAM, network security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with enterprise software on Windows and Unix.
• Experience with CyberArk migrations is a plus.
• Experience with Active Directory and IDP systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions.
• Security+ or similar certifications preferred.
