In Short

• Monitor customers' environments and perform Incident Detection, Validation, and Reporting.
• Implement and maintain SIEM & SOAR Solutions.
• Work closely with SOC staff and technical teams to enhance security programs.
• Perform troubleshooting of client issues related to security.
• Monitor security feeds from client servers and network devices.
• Design workflows for security incident response systems.
• Conduct proactive threat research and analysis.
• Document incident activities and provide status updates.
• Assist in developing processes to improve incident response.
• Client-facing security meetings.

Requirements

• Experience with Python for automation and integration.
• Experience with SOAR platforms is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-4 years in Information Security and Incident Response.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies (IDS, Firewall, SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Knowledge of security threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
• Customer service focus with professionalism.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or similar certifications are preferred.
