In Short

  • Drive net-new revenue across fundraising and engagement solutions.
  • Full-cycle sales role focused on acquiring new logos in the nonprofit sector.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting (80% outbound / 20% inbound).
  • Develop and execute account strategies for mid-to-large nonprofit organizations.
  • Run consultative sales processes across a 3–6 month cycle.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Represent the business at conferences and trade shows.
  • 3–5 years of experience required in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience selling to nonprofits or in nonprofit fundraising is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Experience selling to nonprofits is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business.
  • Ability to build pipeline independently.
  • Experience with SaaS and digital engagement tools.
  • Strong consultative sales process skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is valued.
