In Short

• This role will be fully remote through August 2025 with the expectation that employees will begin working 2 days per week in our dedicated office space in San Francisco starting September 2025.
• The Marketplace team is responsible for all levers that power and drive Dolly’s business with the overarching objective of matching supply and demand at the right price.
• As Senior Analytics Engineer you will own Dolly’s enterprise data models and data access layer as products including transformations, orchestration, quality assurance, and aggregation.
• Design and develop data ontologies for Dolly’s core business objects.
• Develop performant, scalable code for Dolly’s production data transformation layer.
• Implement transformation pipelines for raw data considering quality, detection/enforcement, and periodicity.
• Work with executives and stakeholders to ensure data definitions align with business needs.

Requirements

• Expertise in Snowflake SQL, and dbt Cloud CLI (5 years)
• Expertise in dimensional modeling and SCD2 use cases (3 years)
• Expertise in at least one programming language used for data analysis (eg Python, R) (3 years)
• Experience designing and implementing data quality assurance and monitoring processes (2 years)
• Experience interacting with executive and senior management stakeholders (2 years)
• Familiarity with git (2 years)
