In Short

• This role will be remote first with limited travel through August 2025.
• Expectation to work 2 days per week in our dedicated office space in Philadelphia starting September 2025.
• Own Dolly’s enterprise data models and data access layer as products.
• Design and develop data ontologies for Dolly’s core business objects.
• Develop performant, scalable code for Dolly’s production data transformation layer.
• Implement transformation pipelines for raw data.
• Work with executives and stakeholders to ensure data definitions align with business needs.

Requirements

• Expertise in Snowflake SQL, and dbt Cloud CLI (5 years)
• Expertise in dimensional modeling and SCD2 use cases (3 years)
• Expertise in at least one programming language used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) (3 years)
• Experience designing and implementing data quality assurance processes (2 years)
• Experience interacting with executive and senior management stakeholders (2 years)
• Familiarity with git (2 years)
