• Define and maintain Tangible’s technical architecture roadmap.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end design of integrations with banks and financial institutions.
• Establish and enforce integration standards and APIs.
• Design secure, high-performance systems for payments and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure adherence to financial and data security regulations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Contribute to hiring and professional development across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with 5 years in financial services.
• Proven expertise in API design and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of financial protocols and secure data exchange.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Hands-on experience with data security and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with identity and access management standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
