In Short

• Collaborative and hands-on Chief Architect role
• Shape technology strategy and lead Data and AI vision
• Work closely with the CPO and VP of Engineering
• Lead a team of four Principal Engineers
• Promote best practices in system design and performance
• Champion AI/ML capabilities for product features
• Engage with code, tools, and infrastructure
• Ensure architectural direction aligns with business goals
• Participate in key design decisions
• Remote-first role with occasional travel

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in distributed systems and SaaS
• Strong communication skills across teams
• Experience in high-availability and regulated environments
• Passion for AI/ML and data-driven engineering
• Mentoring experience for senior engineers
• Empathetic leadership style
