The Transaction Legal Counsel will be a key member of Tangible’s legal and execution team, managing a wide range of private-market transactions and ensuring smooth operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-qualification transaction legal experience.
• Strong familiarity with US and UK law-governed agreements.

• Experience with KYC/AML or regulatory compliance.
