• Partner with Operations and Compliance for process alignment.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives.
• Continuously improve HR and contractor management workflows.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in HR within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with HR tools and compliance processes.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Interest in building scalable HR systems.
