They are looking for a current C-Level HR executive with strong HR operations, total rewards and M&A experience. Industry experience in healthcare, technology and/or professional services is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a team of HR professionals.
• SHRM-SCP or GPHR certification.
