Requirements

• At least 3 years as a Team Lead and in Customer Service.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon is a plus.
• Familiarity with G Suite and customer support tools.
• Ability to manage performance and KPIs effectively.
• Skilled in coaching and performance reviews.
• Proficient in creating and analyzing performance reports.
