In Short

• Partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move senior candidates through the interview process.
• Own the interviewer management process and work closely with engineering teams to align their availability to interview candidates.
• Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that help attract the best talent.
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage ad hoc talent projects, including data & reporting work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.
• Previously thrived in an environment with high-volume recruitment needs.
• Prior experience operating in a fast-paced, technology organization.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience to industry-leading talent.
• High level of data integrity.
• Google suite proficiency.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
