The Senior Technical Project Manager at Tala will be responsible for managing technical project delivery using Agile practices and the Tala SDLC, supporting the company's mission to empower the Global Majority through innovative financial solutions.

Manage project delivery using Agile practices and Tala SDLC.
Organize project plans, schedules, and review meetings.
Track project risks and dependencies.

Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experience.
Expertise in Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies.
Experience with software development and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Experience managing distributed teams.
Knowledge of full stack software development and CICD environments.
Understanding of public cloud (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
Experience with KPIs and data-driven improvements.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple responsibilities.
High emotional intelligence and collaborative attitude.
