Overview

The Client Success Manager at Global Payments is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring quality service, and identifying opportunities for enhanced support and product usage.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of TouchNet products.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong PC skills including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Focused on achieving defined results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
