Overview

The High Volume Call Center Representative will respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards.

  • Requires on-camera presence during work hours.
  • Minimum of 6 months call center experience required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 6 months high volume call center experience.
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Strong communication skills.
