Overview

As a Bilingual Client Services Specialist at Global Payments, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives revenue generation and customer retention through excellent service and relationship management.

In Short

  • Identify sales opportunities within assigned portfolios.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Engage in equipment setups and integration projects.
  • Promote additional services offered by Global Payments.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years of sales or B2B customer service experience.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for independent work.
  • Ability to identify merchant needs using probing techniques.
  • Commitment to superior customer service.
