Overview

The Bilingual Patient Services Specialist is an integral part of the Patient Services team, responsible for coordinating and delivering services related to patient support programs offered by McKesson Specialty.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industries.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (and French if bilingual).
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a contact center environment.
