The Bilingual Patient Care Specialist at Shoppers Drug Mart is responsible for providing exceptional support to patients enrolled in a patient support program, ensuring effective service delivery and a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.

• Act as the primary contact for patients in the support program.
• Conduct welcome calls and gather relevant patient information.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs.

• Report adverse events and technical complaints as per policies.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible working hours between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Requirements

• College Diploma or University degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with public and private drug reimbursement plans.
• Strong customer service skills, preferably in a call center.
• Bilingualism in English and French required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM databases.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and flexibility to work longer hours if needed.
• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
