Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fraud-related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be comfortable with technology and remote work tools.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a dispatch or emergency dispatch role is a plus.
  • Must pass background checks including criminal and credit checks.
  • Must complete a Spanish assessment for language differential.
