In Short

• Responsible for growing discoverability and driving qualified traffic across search channels.
• Define best practices for LLM optimization as the ecosystem evolves.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Manage and improve technical SEO elements.
• Monitor organic traffic and page performance using SEO tools.
• Research how large language models source information.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve content engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset to define KPIs and build dashboards.
• Collaborate across marketing, content, design, and engineering teams.
• Experience in a fully remote or distributed organization.

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in SEO within a B2B SaaS context.
• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with structured data and schema markup.
• Experience using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and generative AI models.
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs and reporting insights.
• Excellent communication skills for translating insights into actionable ideas.
• Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
