You will leverage your understanding of the retirement services industry, business, financials, and customer needs to drive ftwilliam.com Managed Services/Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sales within your territory.

In Short

  • Sell ftwilliam.com Managed Services offerings in a defined territory.
  • Partner with the Managed Services Team and Account Manager for customer retention.
  • Develop an understanding of the retirement plan administration market.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Prospect and develop new Managed Services business.
  • Maintain high activity prospecting practices to meet KPIs.
  • Attend national and local tradeshows for booth coverage.
  • Submit timely reports to Sales Management.
  • Collaborate with Account Manager and Customer Service to resolve issues.
  • Support team and corporate goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of quota-driven sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the Retirement industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Willingness to travel, typically less than 10%.
