Portfolio Training Manager - Remote

Overview

The Portfolio Training Manager is a managerial role acting as the main point of contact overseeing the complete governance of T5FM’s Training Program which includes, but is not limited to technical, administrative, and process-driven training for all data centers across T5FM’s portfolio.

In Short

• Identify and define strategic training objectives throughout the portfolio.
• Ensure training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
• Maintain knowledge of new training methods and requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors for employee training.
• Guide local and remote teams to ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with management and site training representatives.
• Report on all aspects of T5FM training requirements.
• Train end-users on utilizing LMS system and other training tools.
• Review training program feedback regularly.
• Conduct site visits to facilitate assessments and develop relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data center management.
• 7+ years’ experience in mission critical data center environments.
• 5+ years’ personnel management experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong strategic-planning mindset.
• Project management expertise.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Able to engage in C-level discussions.
• Able to understand IT and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
