Senior HR Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior HR Manager will serve as the company’s HR architect, diagnosing organizational needs and translating them into scalable solutions while supporting a fully remote organization.

In Short

• Lead HR initiatives for a remote organization of around 100 employees.
• Establish and manage partnerships with external HR providers.

Requirements

• Experience in HR management with a strong organizational diagnosis skillset.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with outsourced HR providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in values-based onboarding and employee integration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Comfort in a lean HR environment.
