Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or client-related position in SaaS.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with executive-level customers.
  • Proficient in SmartSheet, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira preferred.
  • Exposure to the retail industry a plus.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings may be required.
