Program Manager - Remote

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Act as the main point of contact for our clients and provide regular updates to clients.
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering or related field, MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in the FinTech industry.
• Strong understanding of financial services and technology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Fluent English in both verbal and written communication, Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to regularly visit our clients for project-related activities.
