Overview

As an Airtable Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency by developing and launching tools tailored for our internal teams and external partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze tools requirements.
• Design and develop custom interfaces in Airtable.
• Manage the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases with data reporting.
• 6+ years of experience in a technology or consulting environment.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Airtable and similar CRM tools.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding teams.
• Analytical skills in Excel/sheets; SQL is a bonus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
