Overview

As a Junior Legal Counsel at SwissBorg, you will provide regulatory advice and support on matters relating to cryptoasset services and blockchain technology, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Monitor and analyse regulatory developments in the cryptoassets space
• Assist in the interpretation and implementation of new regulations affecting cryptoassets
• Provide legal advice on cryptoassets-related products and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory compliance
• Develop and update internal policies for compliance
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies
• Research legal and regulatory questions and provide analyses
• Participate in training related to cryptoassets regulations

Requirements

• Master of Laws
• Excellent knowledge in European cryptoassets regimes
• 2-3 years of legal experience in financial services or fintech
• Knowledge of cryptoassets and blockchain technology
• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Proven ability to understand legal concepts and apply them
• Autonomous and adaptive with a creative mindset
