Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Sweep is hiring a Senior Product Designer, tasked to make Sweep an outstanding experience for our users, and a real driver of change for our planet.

In Short

• You will have a key role in developing the Sweep user experience.
• Turn complex sustainability standards into easy-to-understand interfaces.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and carbon staff.
• Design interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ensure a consistent brand and UI experience.
• Maintain a unified design system through libraries and documentation.
• Organize design critiques and user research labs.
• Develop a positive design culture within Sweep.
• Communicate and prototype interactions rapidly.
• Represent our mission externally in the design industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software product design.
• Experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B space.
• Strong command of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Adept at communicating and prototyping interactions rapidly.
• Deep knowledge of modern web UI patterns.
