Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a U.S. organization.
• Deep knowledge of federal employment law and multi-state HR operations.
• Proven payroll expertise for multi-state payroll cycles.
• Experience resolving employee relations issues.
• Strong recruiting skills and experience in benefits administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into clear policies.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-evolving industry.
