We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our technology team at Sweed, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. The successful candidate will enhance our infrastructure, implement automation processes, and optimize the overall development and deployment pipeline.

In Short

Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
Implement containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Work in cross-functional teams of 8-12 members.
Proven experience in a DevOps role is required.
Flexible working hours with a core team time of 09:00-15:00 GMT.

Requirements

Proven experience in a DevOps or similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, Rust, Java.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Good proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
