The Support Analyst will provide essential support for Tax & Accounting products, assisting users with inquiries and resolving incidents in a commercial environment.

  • Ability to learn new software products quickly.
  • Experience in a client-facing Service Desk role.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with process improvements in support teams.
  • Adept at navigating complex organizations.
