Overview

The Benefits Manager (APAC) at Thomson Reuters is responsible for managing and implementing benefit programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring a positive employee experience across the APAC region.

In Short

  • Manage design and implementation of benefit programs.
  • Ensure alignment with company philosophy and local compliance.
  • Collaborate with local HR on benefits renewal processes.
  • Serve as primary contact for the global broker in the region.
  • Lead benchmarking exercises for market competitiveness.
  • Manage global plans like Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Support local HR teams with communications and invoicing.
  • Analyze complex information and prepare strategic recommendations.
  • Build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Benefits management.
  • Proficient in HR systems such as Workday.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
